The Bradley Lumber Company was founded in 1902 in Warren, Arkansas. It survived the Great Depression of the 1930’s, tornadoes in 1949 and 1975, several devastating fires, and the ups and downs of many market cycles. In World War II, “The Bradley” made ammunition boxes, military crates, timbers and even hardwood ski blanks (for the Finnish army). Furniture, wall panels, decking, cabinetry, stairs and many other products were proudly and painstakingly made at “The Bradley”. We can only build so many quality pieces of furniture in a year. We do not mass produce a jillion pieces——every piece is unique. We will custom build to your specifications or you can choose from our developed product line. We do not pay any import fees or any shipping across the ocean. We do not have a television advertising budget. We make things to last generations — by hand— out of solid hardwood, and sell it for a fair price. It is not cheap. It is valuable. We do ask that you show our furniture to your friends and neighbors. If they like it, give them our number or website. Word of mouth and a satisfied customer is our best advertising.
