do not bother getting the white glove service it will not happen

I paid for the white glove service but did not get it and the only thing the delivery person said to me was to call the people that I bought it from it was their problem not his. I had to unpack and put the couch together myself.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
