It is the best price on the internet and the product is great. The couches were packed strong and effective. The delivery guys were nice, but have specific instructions to not take the couches back, no matter what. My couches were great, no problems. If you had damaged items, you might have a bit of trouble, but that is all spelled out on the website. READ the warnings on the site. I took a risk and won big.

These couches are just what they look like on the website. Though you wait for the shipment, like I expected for this bargain price, the wait is worth it. I got the Ruby colored set, awesome!! The delivery guys brought them into my basement, I had to uncover them myself and dispose of all the packing myself, but all of it was worth it. Very happy with these couches!!
